Xplicit Desi Vibes started 2008 off with a bang as they released “We Bringin’ The Desi Remix” and DJ India’s debut mixtape, “Reppin’ 504.” Now the amazing duo behind Xplicit Desi Vibes – DJ Desiplaya & DJ P – have outdone themselves once again, officially releasing their 2-disc mixtape, “Urban Desi,” featuring the hottest mixes by these two musical sensations!

Xplicit Desi Vibes has worked hard in order to create their name and with each new mixtape release, they keep surpassing their creative talents – with an outrageous 15,000 downloads within the first week of release! Since their initial mixtape, "The Black and White Album," DJ Desiplaya & Dj P created such a major hype for the XDV label and eventually picked up East Coast rocker DJ Mashup & Dirty South wonder DJ India to join the team!

With just three months into the year, 2008 has been extremely rewarding to Ajaxxx – an artist who has brought you mind-blowing CDs such as "It's About Time," and "Something to Prove: The Promo." He's been featured on numerous mixtape projects already such as DJ India's "Reppin' 504" and "Forces of Nature," graced the cover of both City Masala and Beyond Sindh magazines, and released track after track after track. And now, he is back with a new CD.

With all the press and attention Ajaxxx has recently been receiving, there's no doubt that his newest mixtape release, "The Set-Up," will be making the same waves! The 24-track CD opens up with "Unstoppable" (produced by Sebmaestria), a banger that showcases Ajaxxx's intricate and complex rhyme style. The Profit-produced "The Return" shows us Ajaxxx in true battle rap fashion, while "Gotta Feel This" pairs 'Jaxxx with longtime producer June25th to get your speakers blaring. Other notable songs include the nostalgic "Do You Remember?" (produced by ADP) and the extra personal "Ghost in the Dark" (produced by Impact). Combined with additional songs, freestyles, remixes, song previews, and the dramatic last long "As I Stand" (wait till you hear this one), "The Set-Up" is an amazing,elaborate,andeclecticCD.

So what about the next nine months? The work is already in progress! Ajaxxxiis currently working on the release of his next CD, Something to Prove, which will contain a brand new set of original tracks, remixes, and huge collaborations. As the anxiousness of listeners is rising with "The Set-Up," Ajaxxx is only warming up as he plans to release four major CDs in 2008. For now, however, we leave you with "The Set-Up."

Moving away from their internationally known Hindi-remixes, Xplicit Desi Vibes has released the debut CD of DJ India – the youngest member of this artistic remix crew!

Taking a break from the Bhangra and Bollywood beats, DJ India has released his debut mixtape – “Reppin’ 504” – consisting of nothing less than the best of New Orleans’s finest rapper, Lil’ Wayne. If that wasn’t enough, DJ India placed the icing on the cake by having Orlando-based rapper, Ajaxxx, create and oh-so-exclusive intro for the “Reppin’ 504” mixtape.

Rhyming over Fabulous’s street single, “Diamonds On My Damn Chain,” Ajaxxx sets the mood for DJ India’s dirty South mixtape. Though it’s just an intro track, listeners immediately start to bob their necks to it and it’s obvious that Ajaxxx has more than ‘diamonds on his damn chain’ as he’s the man of the moment – showing up everywhere from mixtapes to magazines to more!
