Drilla Kid has had the opportunity to venture out and taste success in a variety of genres receiving rave reviews for his past releases. He is now set to expand his repertoire by working alongside a newly formed dance production team going by the name of Groove Technologi.

Drilla Kid began his journey in the music industry through underground radio stations, hosting events showcasing fellow artists and DJs. Whilst his early style was heavily influenced by the popular UK Garage scene, he also made heavy in roads in the British Asian urban genre.

So what are the components that make up Groove Technologi? What we do know is one member of the production team is Kami.K. This will not be the first time Drilla Kid and Kami.K have collaborated together. In the past they have featured on many releases such as the famed Streets of Bollywood series and other prominent projects that Kami.K has worked on. The Groove Technologi team also includes two individuals by the names of DJ Mani and Rockswayer, whom we are sure to hear more of soon.

In the present, Drilla Kid has been working on various tracks which are further afield from the Asian scene. In the last 10 months he has been composing alongside Groove Technologi building numerous tracks and is now ready to release the first single I Just Wanna Rock. The track is on a unique vibe fusing Alternative Rock with a Dance edge. The single is all set to release on iTunes on the 26th of February 2010.
