Jay Seans latest smash hit 2012 (It Ain't The End), featuring hotly-tipped rapper and singer Nicki Minaj, has taken over the UK charts! The track has climbed past the likes of N-Dubz, Nelly and Usher to number nine in the UK charts, making it another top ten hit for Jay in the UK.

The energetic single 2012 is the lead track from the highly anticipated album Freeze Time, the singer's fourth, which combines pop elements with a heavy R'n'B influence and sees Jay collaborating with an exciting array of top artists including Lil Wayne, Pitbull and Mary J Blige. The album is due for release early next year.

Jay commented It's been a fantastic week for all of us and the track has received so much support against a lot of stiff competition. Thanks again to the UK fans that have made 2012 a memorable moment in time.

The success of the track comes hot off the back of Jay's 'royal' performance at this year's MOBO Awards, where the r'n'b/pop sensation performed a medley of his hits including last year's multi-platinum anthem Down and his new single, 2012 (It Ain't The End).
