Fans storm to Regents Park to see the R'n'B star on a recent trip to the UK.

Jay Sean is continuing to make waves across the Atlantic as his new single "Down" featuring Lil Wayne breaks into the Top 5 on iTunes. Jay is soaring up the charts at a phenomenal rate, surpassing the likes of Mariah Carey, Lady Gaga and Chris Brown in the process. "Down", which is Jay's debut release on Cash Money Records, is currently only available in America but is set to hit the UK soon.
