Fusing together the sounds of Pop, Rock, Dance, R&B and Electro, Surrey based singer/songwriter Kazz Kumar steps into the scene with her unique music style and quirky fashion sense. Her musical stimulus as a child has been colourful with artists including Michael Jackson, Madonna and Cyndi Lauper through to Aaliyah, Gwen Stefani and Linkin Park shaping her creative output today. Formally a member of the group “Sona Family”, Kazz has already toured around the world, released an album and performed in front of thousands of fans worldwide.

After four years with the group, Kazz decided it was time to fly solo and work on her solo project. Kazz has performed at Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2009, BBC Maida Vale Live Session, Bombay Bronx (BBC Radio 1 DJ Nihal’s Birthday, alongside Tim Westwood), Monto Water Rats (Katy Perry’s first UK gig venue) and many more! Producers such as Harry Sona, Producer B and S6 Boy ( ‘The Love Song’) are all featured on the album so far.

Kazz Kumar's debut single "Dirty Word" will be available to download on iTunes on 25th Jan 2010 and Includes the smash Original as will as the hit Desi remix by JC (Sona Family) featuring Dalvinder Singh. Also included are the Electro House remix by Hygrade, Dubstep remix by Swara and Urban Club remix by ADP.
