Singer Rajé Shwari is set to perform Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Philadelphia Phillies versus New York Mets baseball game in Philadelphia courtesy of Bollywood Dreams Entertainment. It's so inspiring to have all of my worlds collide!

Having grown up in Philly and getting Phillies game tickets for good grades in school, never did I imagine that I'd have the privilege of bringing my Desi flavor to my home team. Rajé says. This is just another example of how all the borders and walls are being broken down in every arena. I'm really excited to represent as a Desi and as your homegirl from Philly, it doesn't get much better than that for a girl like me!

Also joining Rajé for the Asian-Pacific Night will be Jay Sean, who will be throwing the first pitch, TINA, who is performing, and local dance troupes Broadstreet Baadshahz and AATMA. Rajé Shwari is recognized for her features on songs such as Timbaland’s Indian Flute and Jay-Z’s The Bounce and now this songstress is making her solo debut. Rajé Shwari’s debut single Keep a Secret off her upcoming album I’m Famous in Bollyhood, is now out on iTunes. Keep an eye out for the video set to release this spring.
