Ramaal is the first single to be released from the highly anticipated and long awaited first ever UK solo album by Kaka Bhaniawala. The album entitled Note Varna has taken over 4 years to produce and features some of the UK’s finest music producers lending their talents to the silky and unique vocals of Kaka.

Ramaal is produced by Notorious Jatt, who is renowned for his individual sound and has songs such as Aish, Pegg, Marrey Dil Vaaliyan De in his acclaimed repertoire. Ramaal is the first and sadly last collaboration between Notorious and Kaka and the uplifting feel and positive energy they have created with this song leaves us wishing there could have been more.

Ramaal is set for worldwide digital release on 5th May 2011 and is accompanied by a high budget video shot both in the UK and on location at Kaka’s home village of Bhaini, Punjab. The video features appearances by Kaka’s immediate and extended family throughout along with unique and rare unseen footage of Kaka performing at stage shows earlier in his career. The video both celebrates Kaka’s legend and aims to showcase his personality and life in an intimate way.

Note Varna will release worldwide later this year on Bazaar Records and features production by Tru Skool, Specialist, AMX and Aman Hayer.

Due to the unfortunate and tragic passing of Kaka he cannot be with us to realise his dream of seeing his first UK solo album release, but he will surely live on in the hearts and minds of the music loving public through his musical and vocal genius.
