Canadian singing sensation, Parichay, has just done his own version of the song Chammak Challo from the upcoming film Ra One. Parichay has been on the music scene for over 10 years and is considered to be one of the major Desi music producers in Canada. He will be featured on RDB's upcoming new album Worldwide and will be working with mainstream acts such as US rapper Hennesseyy, and Grammy nominated producer, Boi-1Da.

The original version of the song Chammak Challo has been sung in Hindi by the world-famous American singer/producer Akon. Parichay's version shorter than the original coming in at just over 2 minutes (Akon's version is just over 4 mins). There is not much difference between both versions as Parichay has kept the original backing track to Akon's version. However, Parichay has done a great job on the song as his vocals sound great and compliment the song. He is continually trying to push boundaries with his music and will also be featuring on some up-coming Bollywood releases also.

Ra One is already gaining much hype and is predicted to be a superhit when it is released in October 2011. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal.
