Aditya Chopra to remake 'Kahaani' in English

Vidya Balan starrer Kahaani, which has been receiving accolades from the audience all over has now caught the eyes of producer Aditya Chopra. Aditya now wants to remake the gripping thriller in English.
Aditya recently met up with director Sujoy Ghosh to obtain the rights of Kahaani. He is planning to make this film in English under YRF's new foreign division helmed by Uday Chopra.
Industry people were surprised when the small budget thriller recently crossed the 100 crore mark at the box office. Since then Kahaani franchise has been much in demand with all the production houses to remake it.
Kahaani has already been sold to TV production house Endemol for a Telugu and Tamil remake.
