Amitabh Bachchan who currently is in London, was evacuated from his hotel this morning. 

According to his tweet earlier on today, he was caught in an emergency; ok ... Emergency in my Hotel in London ..everyone evacuated out on the street in biting cold .. Suspecting explosion in next door

However it was later confirmed by Big B, that the emergency was caused by construction working going ahead opposite his hotel. Details of emergency : Building opposite my Hotel under construct,
had dug earth for basement, put power station down there .. rain.

The legendary actor who is a frequent user of Twitter was updating his status every so often reassuring his followers and well-wishers of his safety; Emergency over ! Police has cleared Hotel ... have just moved back!
