AR Rahman has made India proud for the second time. He has bagged two Grammy Awards for his composition Jai Ho from Slumdog Millionaire. Rahman on receiving the award said, This is insane, god is great again. This prestigious award has come to Rahman just few months after winning the Oscar.

This song has been sung by Sukhvinder Singh, Tanvi Shah, Mahalaxmi Iyer, Vijay Prakash and Rahman himself. Rahman has been nominated for this award for the first time. By winning this award, he has beaten his rivals Steve Jordan for "Cadillac Records," Quentin Tarantino for "Inglourious Basterds", and the producers of "Twilight" and "True Blood."
