Sanjay Kandhuri whose directorial debut Ek Chalis Ki Last Local starring Abhay Deol and Neha Dhupia released four years back, is all set to direct his second film. Sanjay Kandhuri has just finished the scripting process for his second film and it is widely rumored to be the sequel to his earlier film.

Even though there hasn't been an official announcement, a source informs that the sequel will be made on a much larger budget and there are many different twists and turns, much more than the first film. The sequel is going to be a comical thriller that'll promise lot of thrills and fun. The source also goes on to add that the sequel will be shot entirely in Delhi unlike the earlier film that was shot in Mumbai.

It is also being said that the actress will have a more prominent role in the sequel. The source goes on to say that the script has been just finalized but there hasn't been any decision taken on the casting even though it was expected that Abhay Deol will reprise his role in the sequel, other A - list actors are also being considered for the same.
