The film's music label T-Series has issued a legal notice to the leading jewellery brand Agni, for illegally using the film's unreleased song, Chammak Challo that has been sung by the international sensation, Akon.

The song in question was being played on the ramp when Agni's brand ambassador Amrita Rao was walking the ramp with other models on the fourth day of India International Jewellery Week (IIJW). Reportedly, T-Series have asked for a compensation of Rs. 2 crores from the brand. They are moving court for the same, as anyone who wants to use their song needs the music company's permission. But since the said song is not even released; there was no question of getting a license to play the song at all.
