Vishal-Shekhar to do the music for Ra.One
Today Vishal-Shekhar may be amongst the top most music directors of Bollywood but without an iota of doubt the talented duo first came into prominence after their scintillating score for the technically brilliant director Anubhav Sinhas super thriller Dus. The song Dus Bahane became a national anthem, its ring tone created a rage and the music video gave Abhishek Bachchan the title of item boy.
The composer duo have been a constant in most Anubhav Sinha directed films and so their being chosen as the composer for his most ambitious project yet, the SFX extravaganza starring Shah Rukh and Kareena Kapoor, Ra.One, comes as no surprise.
However there is another name, Panchhi Jalonvi, the stylish, well versed and passionate lyricist who like Vishal-Shekar is a must in almost every Anubhav Sihna directed venture, Dus onwards.
In fact it was Panchhi who was the lyricist of Dus Bahane and Deedar De the two most popular songs of Dus. And good news is that Panchhi has indeed written the songs of Anubhav's Ra.One. This was confirmed by Panchhi himself who disclosed that amongst his upcoming projects Ra.One is the film that he is looking forward too.
While still on the Ra.One audio, as we have already informed, two songs are all set be picturized in December.
