A few days ago Desi-Box.com held a competition in conjunction with Star TV, STAR TV, the UK’s leading provider for South Asian entertainment, is set to present its first ever consumer event. Simply Star in London’s Old Billingsgate on September 12th.

What is it like to be on a Bollywood film set? Is reading the news as easy as it looks? How do TV serial actors manage to be such drama queens? In an interactive event like no other, Simply Star will give 5,000 visitors to experience first-hand the exciting world of STAR TV, followed by an exclusive hour-long show featuring the best of British Asian talent, including Signature, Rishi Rich, H-Dhami, Heera and Navin Kundra.
