Taking a step up from DJ to music producer, 2001 DJ Vix signed up with world leading Asian record company, Moviebox Records, then going on to production tracks for the likes of B21, HS Talwar (XLNC) and international star Sukhbir.

The year 2004 saw the release of his 2nd album “Vix It up” featuring the smash hit track “Yaar Kure” which went to No.1 in all Asian music charts.  Late 2005 saw DJ Vix with the very successful Bollywood remix project titled Bollywood Breaks, remixing the heart melting hit “Na Kajare Ki Dhaar” from the Bollywood classic Mohra.

Early 2007 saw the release of “Identical To None” the third instalment from DJ Vix, which included a number of smash hits and work with US rap phenomenon Take Ova Ent. DJ Vix also dropped his mixtape the VixTape in 2008.

The Triple Award Winning DJ and producer was recently performing at Desi-Quarter in Birmingham, Asim caught up with Vix to get a lowdown on the latest of the award winning producer. Vix informs us guys he is currently working towards his new album out 2010.
