LONDON: Bollywood babe Neha Dhupia beat off tough competition from a number of leading Bollywood ladies and international super models to land the lead role in a big budget music video for major international song Baby: Dil Deewana. Masterminded by big thinking British music producer Khiza and produced by new sensation Shayal, Baby is a duet between multi-million selling American RnB sensation Ginuwine  with vocals by Anu Shukla and rising young star Shayal. Set to be one of the biggest anthems of the summer, the mighty pop track is the first major western song to feature a Bollywood star in the lead role of the video.

The sexy starlet jetted into London last month to star in the video for the song, which will be released digitally on 14th July 2008.

“We gave Ginuwine the choice of having any Bollywood star and he specifically chose Neha to be in the video. She was really great to work with and looks absolutely stunning in the video. I’m sure the video and song will bring her to the attention of Hollywood” said Khiza.

“She’s a real professional and added that mysterious Asian flavor which really is what the track is about. I can’t wait to see the response in America as I know they will love Neha,, this is what my call a real collaboration, different cultures, different sounds but together a new way forward.-” said Ginuwine

Baby: Dil Deewana is taken from Shayal’s stunning debut album My Moment and will be released by Utopia Music on 11th August 2008.
