Producers/ Dj’s, “Dj’s Inc” are amongst the countries top UK Asian Bhangra/ Hip Hop Dj’s consisting of two brothers Aman Sahota and Ajay Sahota.
The West London based Dj’s/ producers grew up listening to artist's such as Micahel Jackson, NWA, Dizzie Rascal and the golden oldies of punjabi folk music such as Alaap and Heera who heavily influenced their move into music.
Beginning their musical journey in early 2000, and still learning to produce music, they we're constantly on the move showing their DJ skills. Being able to mix, scratch, cut, loop various elements of the sound, they were able to grab the attention of any crowd they play to. This led to their unique take on the cultural clash between Punjabi folk music and mainstream hip hop/ grime.
Incorporating the two styles of music together Dj’s Inc have created the perfect formula offering a new sound to the Asian Bhangra industry.
Coming from a cultured background the duo are always experimenting with different genres of music. Their unique production style has attracted artists all over the globe, and have earned them credits for remixing mainstream music for artists such as Mark Morrison, Elephant Man and Lil John. Taking this all on board, the duo are looking to release a mix tape later in the year, and will be available on their website http://www.mandogrime.com.
The two brothers have recently collaborated with Bhangra artists such as Lehmber Hussainpuri, Kaka and Surinder Shinda to produce a nine track Bhangra Album, which will also be released later in the year.
Dj’s Inc are the next big thing, with fresh sounds and crazy potential! They specialise in being different, and flexible towards the style of music composed.
Dj’s Inc will be releasing “A New Age" later this year along with a Mix tape album. (Date to be confirmed)
